Step 1

Open the jar over a paper towel and dip the fondant into the jar. If you have a lot of fondant, set it in a bowl and add the desired amount of FONDUST® (max. 3 g / 0.9 kg or 0.1 oz / 2 lbs).

Step 2

Knead gently for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the powder is well incorporated into the fondant. You’re ready to begin creating!

FONDUST® can be used to colour fondant, sugar work, almond paste, royal icing, buttercream, cake mix, macaroons, decorating gel, candy, etc. Practically everything . . . except chocolate! Food texture is not at all affected, nor is the taste.
